Transformation begins within—by reshaping the beliefs, values, and thought systems that influence our actions and environments. This inner work radiates outward, impacting communities, organisations, and the world.

About Us

My name is Mmabatho Montse, and I am a transdisciplinary spiritual decolonial practitioner and social entrepreneur based in Tshwane (Pretoria), South Africa. I hold a Master’s degree from the Wits School of Governance, where my research focused on women’s social entrepreneurship as a bridge to local social and economic development.
Currently pursuing doctoral research, I explore metaphysical intergenerational memory, storied telling, ancestral trauma, decoloniality, and personal transformation. My work is grounded in Indigenous worldview and the African philosophy of Botho (Ubuntu), which emphasises intergenerational bonds and ethical relationships with both human and greater-than-human beings.
As a practitioner, I integrate shamanic healing practices with self-leadership development, while advocating for regenerative leadership and culturally grounded education. My work addresses the psychospiritual effects of colonisation, inspiring renewal, resilience, and transformative change.
With a strong foundation in social entrepreneurship and ongoing doctoral research, I guide individuals, groups, and organisations through transformative journeys of self-discovery, healing, and ethical leadership. Blending personal narratives with actionable insights, I inspire communities to reflect on their stories and align their inner and outer worlds for meaningful, lasting impact.

Join us as we honour the interplay of identity, environment, and relationships for holistic renewal. Together, we will co-create sustainable pathways that embrace every dimension of your being—spiritual, physical, emotional, social, and intellectual.

Values and Vision

Conscious Living and Ethical Growth
Living consciously means engaging with our deepest questions about identity and purpose. By critically reflecting on our lives, we cultivate awareness that drives intentional action and fosters personal growth.

A Spherical Lens

Conscious Living and Ethical Growth
Throughout the ages, creation is often symbolised as a sphere, which represents the symbol of the procreative plus and minus powers, the act of creation, the act of procreation of the universe.

The sphere represents wholeness, oneness, connection, integration — life.
